It all started off at the Impact centre in Bridgetown where we met together to start off our journey.
We did not have to take much with us no cellphones so that we wont be bothered the whole time with it.We only had sandwitches,toilet paper,fruit and this was all packed in army hiking bags which we all had identical ones.The bags came whith army sleeping bags.This we soon found out to become lekker heavy as you climbed up.We started off at Rhodes memorial and ended our journey at Camps bay.This was a good chance for us to get away from our hectic lifestyles and spend time with God.It was a chance for us also to get to know each other because we all come out of difficult lives and we are now saved by the blood of Jesus Christ.On this hike we prayed and fasted so it was good for us to draw closer to the Lord.
